Shipping Policy

We ship domestic and international! All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to process after order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
All orders outside the US will may accumulate Customs Charges, Import Duty, Sales Tax, VAT, that will be a responsibility of the buyer. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes for international shipments.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. We offer shipping insurance through ShipInsure at checkout. If this insurance is removed from the cart, the shipment will not be covered, and the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or theft.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
