Refund policy
Returns
As a safety precaution, we do not accept returns on pigments, needles, or any accessories used on the skin.
If you receive a defective product, please email info@hanafy.us to request a replacement.
For non-pigment items that are no longer needed, returns may be accepted if the product is new and unused. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Shipping Service
We ship via UPS, with available options including Ground, Express, and International (where applicable).
If you need to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us via email before your order ships.
Please note: UPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Processing Times
Orders placed on hanafy.us require up to 2 business days for processing.
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders placed after 11 AM EST on a shipping day will be sent out on the next scheduled shipping day.
International Shipments
Hanafy.us currently ships within the United States and Canada only.
For all other countries, please order through a local distributor listed on our Distributors page.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
We process orders quickly, and once checkout is completed, our warehouse begins fulfillment immediately. The only exception is for backordered items, which may be canceled at any time prior to shipment.
Lost Shipments
If SavedBy Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Hanafy.us is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for any additional charges resulting from missed deliveries, re-delivery attempts, or refused packages.
Address Corrections
Customers are responsible for any fees associated with address changes or package interception.
Please make sure all billing and shipping information is correct before completing your order.
