About the Product
Universal Pigment Thinner can be used to dilute pigments or as a rewetting agent. This universal thinner reduces the concentration of the pigment and can create soft shadow effects on eyebrows, lips, and eyelids. It is also suitable for preparing custom pigment mixes.
Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Isopropyl Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana Extract
How to Use: Add the desired amount of diluent to the pigment and mix thoroughly.
